SHIPPING POLICY 


Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to monitor its progress as it makes its way to you. To track your parcel, simply click on this link Track your order.

The estimated shipment time reflects the days required to receive an item from the specified dates at checkout, excluding weekends, holidays, and any unforeseen courier delays such as weather or traffic.

During periods of high shipment volumes, delivery dates may not be guaranteed by couriers. We recommend monitoring your tracking information to stay updated on your parcel's progress.

The shipment date may vary depending on whether your order includes items currently in stock, items shipping later, or items being manufactured upon order. Please verify the dates shown during checkout and in your confirmation email.

Our delivery partner, Delhivery, will handle our courier services, typically delivering within 7-10 working days from the receipt of the order.

International Shipments:

The shipping time may depend on the customer's location. For assistance with tracking or payments in currencies other than INR, please contact us via Email or WhatsApp.

Deliveries outside of India may be subject to additional customs duties and service fees, which vary by country. MriduMani cannot predict or reimburse these costs.

COD is not available for shipments outside of India.

Please Note:

  • Standard Shipping: We provide FREE shipping throughout India.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): We offer COD service at no additional cost.


NO RETURN, NO REFUND POLICY


Once an order is placed, it cannot be returned or refunded. Upon delivery, please inspect the package before accepting it from the courier. In the event that a product is damaged upon receipt, we will provide a replacement. Replacement is only available for products damaged during transit. To request a replacement, you must submit an unboxing video within 24 hours of receiving the product that clearly shows the condition of the damaged product. This video serves as essential evidence to expedite the processing of your replacement request. Please ensure the video clearly captures both the packaging and the damaged item.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

We regret to inform you that orders once placed cannot be cancelled. 


Please Note:

  1. Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or government holidays will be dispatched on the following business day.
  2. Please note that MriduMani cannot control delays caused by weather, volume, traffic, etc., which may affect shipment times.
